Video of family photos for 2009

Alycia has completed a video of the things that happened during the year. Sit back and enjoy.

Digital Scrapbooking

Alycia likes to scrapbook and she has been playing around with a program that we have on the computer. When Angie got married this year, Alycia created the video that was shown during the reception. I thought I would post it so the people who were not able to be there could see it.

New years eve

We stopped by grandpa and grandmas for dinner on new years eve. Matt and Raquel stopped by with the baby. It is always a photo opt when we are here.

Snow day

Lily played in the snow for the first time today. We received quite a few inches of snow yesterday so it was fluffy and soft for her.

Worlds Shortest Holdup

This is why you have a dog

Geo-caching in Arizona

Here in utah it is hard to geo-cache this time of the year, but i found quite a few while we were in Arizona on vacation. It gives you an excuse to drive around and see things that are not normally seen while on vacation.

Growing up

The babysitter had fun with Lilies hair. She normally doesn't like people touching her head or hair so she had to be bribed with a granola bar. She looks older than 18 months in this picture.

Sunday School

A young boy, tardy for Sunday School, explained that he was late because he'd
planned on going fishing that day, but his dad told him he needed to go to
church. The teacher was impressed and asked the boy how his dad explained
that it was more important to go to church than to go fishing.

The boy replied, "Dad said he didn't have enough bait for both of us."

Grand Canyon

Here are the pictures of the grand canyon that we took while we were there. It was interesting to see the contrast of snow rock and desert.

Chapel of the Holy Cross

While in Sedona, we visited a well-known chapel that is built into one of the cliffs nearby. It wasn’t very big, but it was unique it its structure.

Out of Africa Animal Reserve

One of the best parts of your trip was the day we went to the Out of Africa Animal Reserve. It is set up to help rescued animals from private owners, zoos, etc. They have tigers, lions, giraffes, bears, hyenas, plus so much more.

We took a tour bus ride inside the reserve that allowed you to feed the giraffes and a camel. Here is a few pictures from the experience.

Lilly was scared of the desert tortoise, but she liked the boa.
